Warranty Information

Zoombak warrants to the original purchaser that the Zoombak Car & Family Locator shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, if a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Zoombak will repair or replace your Zoombak Car & Family Locator (or the relevant component) free of charge. Zoombak reserves the right to inspect the Zoombak Car & Family Locator and verify the fault.

This warranty applies to the United Kingdom only.

If you are entitled to claim under this warranty, please follow the procedure set out below:

(a)     Call Zoombak Customer Care as soon as possible on 0800 028 0101 for return instructions. Please note that Zoombak Customer Care will request your email address, your account number and account password, as well as proof of your date of purchase.

(b)     After you provide the Customer Care representative with your email address, your account number and your account password, we will provide you with the forms and instructions for returning your Zoombak Car & Family Locator.

(c)     We may ask you to (and if we do you must) return the Zoombak Car & Family Locator to us in a pre-paid postage envelope which we will send to you.

It shall solely be Zoombak’s decision as to whether the Zoombak
Car & Family Locator will be repaired or replaced. If your
Zoombak Car & Family Locator is replaced under this warranty, you may receive a refurbished Zoombak Car & Family Locator in exchange for your original Zoombak Car & Family Locator.

Zoombak Limited of 59-60 Thames Street, Windsor SL4 1TX is providing this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

Zoombak Limited cannot accept any liability under the 12 month warranty and the 12 month warranty will not apply if the Zoombak Car & Family Locator is: (a) used for commercial purposes; (b) modified, opened or tampered with by you or any third party; (c) misused or damaged by accident, as a result of unreasonable use or as a result of your negligence; or (d) defective other than as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

Legal Rights not Affected

The 12 month warranty that we offer to you does not affect any of your legal rights regarding the repair or replacement of faulty goods supplied by Zoombak.

Service After Expiration of Warranty

Please visit our website at www.zoombak.co.uk or call our Customer Care Centre on freephone 0800 028 0101 for troubleshooting information and repair or replacement options. In most cases, it will be necessary to ship the product to Zoombak. Please do not send any products to Zoombak without first contacting our Customer Care Centre.
