Analyst, Inventory Control

Overview:
Zoombak, a subsidiary of TruePosition and Liberty Media Corporation, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst / SIM Administrator to perform daily inventory control functions and manages supplier database and performance. This position will maintain Zoombak inventory and will be responsible for the integrity and compliance of SIM allocation and accounting in SAP for all SIM applications for Zoombak.

Responsibilities:

    * Monitor inventory levels of productive/non-productive items
    * Perform scheduled cycle counts
    * Develop and generate variance reports including analysis of inventory levels and spending
    * Update/maintain inventory records
    * Maintain monthly update reports regarding budget/spending
    * Work with Finance to organize and prepare the annual cost of goods report
    * Interact with other departments concerning purchasing/inventory
    * Monitor costs and expenses associated with inventory
    * Assist in the implementation of an inventory control system
    * Control flow of inventory and activation SIMS between Zoombak, carriers and fulfillment provider

Qualifications:

    * Strong analytical and communications skills and attention to detail
    * Proficiency in Excel/Word
    * Experience with inventory management & purchasing systems preferred
    * Two to three (2-3) years experience in inventory control and cost accounting
    * BS in Accounting/Finance or related business experience
    * Working knowledge of SAP-CO module and some understanding of the MM and PO SAP Modules
    * Excellent Excel and Work skills essential
